• Q What information do I need in order to get an installation quote?
• A A complete scope of work: location of site; whether the job will be union or non-union; a comprehensive fixture plan and/or fixture take off showing all accessories that are to be installed.
  
  
• Q How long will the installation take?
• A This can vary depending on how large your project is. We man the jobs to meet customer deadlines. If you have special requirements, just let us know. We should have no problem keeping your projects on track.
  
  
• Q At what point of the construction process should I schedule the start of fixture installation?
• A The fixtures are a finished product and should be installed in the later phases of construction. If installed too early, you risk damage from other workers or trades.
  
  
• Q How much will it cost?
• A There is no set amount or easy calculation for installation cost. All jobs are different and labor cost varies in different parts of the country. The scope of work varies from one customer to another. Normally, we can complete an installation quote the same day we get your information.
  
  
• Q How far in advance do I need to schedule the install?
• A Our standard lead-time is at least two weeks. During the peak season, we may need as much as three weeks. Once your job is scheduled, if problems exist that require a change in the install date, we will work with you to reschedule.
  
  
• Q What can I do to reduce the cost of my installation?
• A There are a number of things customers can do to reduce their installation cost. Here are a few ideas that could save you money on the installation, depending upon your capabilities:
  • Provide unloading and material handling equipment.
  • Provide dumpster for trash removal.
  • Install all upper shelves and accessories.
  • Provide firing strips for anchoring of fixtures
  
  
  
• Q Can we use some of our employees to cut the cost?
• A Yes, we can send an experienced installation supervisor to oversee your employees. we can arrange for our supervisor to stay as long as you feel it is necessary, one day or for the duration of the job. Contact us for cost.
